Course booklets will be sent by USPS within 24 hours of receipt of your payment

Within a week, you will receive your course booklet(s) with instructions

It may take a few days more depending on the December Christmas holiday mail traffic

In order to speed up delivery, we have increased the shipping cost so we can ship to you via Priority USPS during the December holiday season

Complete the course(s) and send us back your answer sheets and info cards by sending a pdf copy to our email address - jayfalcone@hotmail.com -

We will review your answer sheets and prepare your certificate of training which will be sent to your email address provided you score 70% or greater on your quiz(zes)

A hard copy of your Certificates of Training will also be sent via USPS.

You keep the course materials for future references!!
